CPI SHOPPING IN WARSAW

CPI Property Group continues its expansion on the Warsaw market and acquires the Green Corner A office building from DWS.

Green Corner A is a modern, energy-efficient, seven-storey, A + class office building with a total leasable area of nearly 14,900 sqm. It is located at the intersection of Chłodnia and Wronia Streets, near Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station. Green Corner A was commissioned in 2012. It has been designed and managed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The building is Leed Platinum certified and is almost fully leased.

Green Corner is the fourth acquisition of CPI Property Group after the announcement in October 2019 of a new investment strategy, which assumes the strong involvement on the Warsaw office market. Until today CPIPG has acquired over 170,000 sqm of modern office space in strategic locations of Warsaw.
