WOLA CENTER SOLD

Develia has signed preliminary contract of sale its most prestigious investment - the Wola Center office building in Warsaw. The value of the transaction with Gisla company, controlled by Hines European Value Fund, was set EUR 101.9 million.

  • Wola Center is contained of four modern A-class office buildings, offering 31 000 sqm.
  • The complex is located at Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw – Wola district, adjacent to Warsaw Uprising Museum.
  • The building designed by the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio refers with its form to the structure of crystal.

The signing of Wola Center's pre-sale documents is Develi’s third transaction of this type this year. In July, the company closed the process of handing over Silesia Star in Katowice and Retro Office House in Wrocław. The contract with Globalworth amounted to EUR 113.175 million.

-  The sale of Wola Center is another step in the implementation of our strategy for office buildings and the third sale of the office building this year. This transaction confirms that Develia office buildings are very attractive investment products - says Tomasz Wróbel, board member of Develia.

The transaction was mediated by the consulting company Knight Frank and Dentons.
