REDD ALERT | THE AMOUNT OF SPACE FOR RENT HAS INCREASED IN POLAND

Recent weeks during the epidemic show that the office market in Poland is stable. However, REDD analysts note a slight increase in the space for rent. In the last week before Easter, 40,000 sqm were added to the market. On the other hand, the interest in information about office space in Poland has risen to record levels.

EQUATOR II IS NEXT OFFICE BUILDING OWNED BY CPI

CPI Property Group has acquired another Warsaw office building – Equator II. This is the fifth property after the announcement of the new investment strategy - in the fourth quarter of 2019 and at the beginning of 2020. CPIPG has already purchased office buildings in Warsaw with a total leasable area of almost 200,000 sqm.

RECORD LESASE TRANSACTION IN WARSAW FOR CAVATINA

Cavatina Holding and PKO Bank Polski have signed a lease agreement for Chmielna 89 building in Warsaw. Total leased area is over 24.000 sqm of office space. The Bank will occupy all of the office floors available in the building. This is one of the biggest transaction concluded on the polish market this year.

Develia has signed preliminary contract of sale its most prestigious investment - the Wola Center office building in Warsaw. The value of the transaction with Gisla company, controlled by Hines European Value Fund, was set EUR 101.9 million.

The largest lease transaction in the history of the polish office market finalised

mBank has rented 45.6 thousand sqm of office space in the Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw. During negotiations of agreement, rented area increased by 5,600 sqm. Initially it was supposed to be 40,000sqm. About conclusion of an agreement informs social media of Cresa company, which advised bank during negotiations.

Diamentum Officec owned by Cavitana Group was sold

The Cavitana Group, which owns the Diamentum Office building in Wrocław, has announced sale of the facility. The first of the two commercial buildings constructed by the Group in Wrocław became the property of Benson Elliot - a British private equity fund. The value of the transaction reached nearly 20 million euros.

Etos and Astoria now owned by Credit Suisse Asset Management

Ethos, A class office building located in the center of Warsaw, was sold by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties to a fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management. The fund also bought Astoria and confirms the strategy of increasing investments in Polish real estate market.
